Store Policies

• Consignors receive 50% of the items selling price.
• Consignment period is for 90 days.
• Consignors responsibility to pick up items after 90 days, within 7 days of contract expiration.
• Items left after 97 days will be automatically donated or disposed of, or further discounted without notice.
• Call ahead before bringing any items to our store.
• Fee for pickup or delivery within the Denver metro area, including mountain communities within a 50 mile radius of the store.
• All sales are final.

Discount Schedule

We price our quality furnishings at 1/3 to 1/2 retail prices (subject to age and condition of furniture).

Markdowns occur as follows:

After 45 days on the showroom floor, items are discounted 30%.  To help sell your items some things may be subject to a discount before the 45 day markdown of 30%.  This is entirely at the discretion of our sales staff.  The Dancing Bear reserves the right to periodically put your item "On Sale" during our store sales.  Things may be discounted anywhere from an additional 10% to 50% depending on how long an item has been on our showroom floor.
